Blackbox-Audio subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99/month through Stripe. Because content is immediately and fully accessible the moment your subscription activates, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations or for subscription periods that have already begun - except in the circumstances outlined below.

If you can't access your account, use the Login page to request a new magic link sent to your email. This is free and takes seconds. You do not need a refund to regain access.
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in permanent deactivation of your account and may prevent future subscriptions.
